How will I receive confirmation of my booking?

We will send you an email to confirm your booking.

 

How will I receive my tickets for the event?

Your tickets will be sent in the post 3-5 business days after your payment is received.  We will send your ticket(s) to the address supplied during the online booking process.

 

Can I get a refund for tickets I’ve booked?

Midnight Communications is prepared to give refunds up to 72 hours prior to the day of the event.  To receive a refund for your ticket(s), you must put your request in writing to The 2008 BAHBA team by emailing BAHBA@midnight.co.uk.

Privacy Policy

During the buying process your name and organisation, including contact and mailing details will be collected to process your ticket order. Midnight Communications does not disclose this information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.  All credit card details will be shredded once payment is processed.
